Tokyo, Japan – Monday, April 9, 2024: LegalOn Technologies launches “LegalOn Cloud”, an AI legal platform that provides comprehensive support for every legal work. The new platform has already been embraced by more than 200 customers.

“LegalOn Cloud” is a new product that comprehensively supports not only contract work but also the entire legal work by capitalizing Large Language Models (LLM) in addition to natural language processing and machine learning technologies cultivated through the development of our AI-enabled contract review platform, “LegalForce”, and AI contract management suite, “LegalForce Cabinet”.

All the information on “LegalOn Cloud”, including registered information and user tasks, are systematically accumulated, organized and linked by our proprietary AI, creating Legal Document Graph. Based on this Legal Document Graph, our AI automatically makes recommendations so that users can quickly gather information necessary for their decision making.

As of April 2024, two new features are released: “Work Management” for intaking cases such as contract reviews and legal consultations, and “Review” for drafting and reviewing contracts. As a future roadmap, in order to cover every legal work on a single platform, we will launch “Electronic Signing” for execution, “Contract Management” for managing signed contracts, “Research” on books, laws, regulations, and guidelines in collaboration with third parties.
